Constitution

The Shed is a Membership Charity governed by a Constitution. The Charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered with the Charity Commission (Registered number 1185109). A copy of the Constitution can be obtained from the Secretary of the Charity via email at secretary@ripon-mens-shed.org.

 Trustees

The Charity is a Membership organisation, but most governance issues are dealt with by a Board of Trustees which meets on a regular basis. The Members have the opportunity to decide on the Trustees at the Annual General Meeting.
